Check out these two home sites up for sale

Tender starts on 27 September.

In a report, the Lands Department announced that two residential sites in Sheung Shui and Tsuen Wan will be sold by public tender.

They are Lot No. 2640 in Demarcation District No. 92 on Castle Peak Road, Kwu Tung, and Tsing Lung Tau Lot No. 70 in Tsing Lung Tau.

The tender invitation will start on September 27 and close on November 8.

The Sheung Shui lot has a site area of 14,333 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 30,959 and 51,598 sq m. At least 515 flats must be built.

The Tsueng Wan lot has a site area of 4,868 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 7,360 and 12,267 sq m. At least 175 flats must be built.

The final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the department's website by September 27, when the tender's particulars will also be gazetted.
