Home prices increased 1.2% w/w in mid-March
The CCL index is going strong currently.
It has been noted that Hong Kong home prices gained 1.2% w/w around mid-March.
According to a research note from Barclays, at 138.80, the CCL index has seen strong performance in the first ten weeks in 2015.
Currently, the index is up 4.8% in 2015-to-date.

CCL (small/medium) continued to outperform CCL (large) as the former gained 1.4% w/w vs. the latter gained 0.3% w/w only.
Split by district, Kowloon stands out with 2.9% w/w gain while all the other three regions recorded milder growth (New Territories East +0.6%, New Territories West +0.5% and Hong Kong Island +0.3% w/w respectively).
