Hong Kong resumes Cheung Muk Tau developments
The public housing developments will provide 3,480 flats.
The Hong Kong government has issued a notice, acquiring lands and resuming the public housing developments at Cheung Muk Tau.
In a statement, the government said 13 private lots measuring around 2,759 square metres and land occupied by a grave with an area of around 13 sqm will be acquired.

The lands will be returned to the government on 22 September.
Upon completion, the public housing developments will offer 3,480 flats. It will be completed in phases from 2029 to 2030.
The government said it will coordinate with the affected parties to handle compensation.
