
Hong Kong's luxury homes are no longer the world's most expensive
Those of Monaco have overtaken Hong Kong's.
According to a report from Bloomberg, Monaco’s luxury homes have overtaken Hong Kong’s to become the most expensive in the world.
Prime property values in the principality have surged 180% in a decade to 41,400 euros (US$45,000) a square meter, more than double the 70% growth rate for similar London properties, according to data from Savills Plc.
