Lands Department issues seven pre-sale consents in Q2
Four of these are phased developments, making up 818 residential units.
The Lands Department (LandsD) issued seven pre-sale consents for residential developments in Q2, a press release announced. It comprises six residential developments, of which four are phased developments, involving a total of 1,314 residential units.
Three of these are in Shouson Hill, Kowloon Tong and Tuen Mun, comprising a total of 83 residential units and are expected to be completed in 2020. Meanwhile, one phase of a phased development in Sham Shui Po and two phases of a phased development in North Point, making up 818 residential units, are expected to be completed in 2021.
The first phase of a development in Kwun Tong, comprising 413 residential units, will be completed in 2022.
The department also issued two consents to assign in the same quarter, totalling 637 residential units in two phased developments in Tuen Mun and Mid-Levels West.
As at the end of June, 30 applications for pre-sale consent for residential developments and seven for non-residential developments were being processed. These involve a total of 14,371 residential units, whilst there is also another application for consent to assign involving 1,600 residential units.
