Luxury house in the Peak worth $298m up for sale

A six-bedroom luxury house in Overthorpe, Nos. 24 – 26 Mount Austin Road, the Peak, has been launched for sale.

JLL, the property’s sole marketing agent, is selling the house on an "as is" basis with vacant possession.

“Equity deal is feasible,” added JLL.

The property worth $298m has a total saleable area of 2,242 sq ft, a garden area of approximately 1,624 sq ft, and a huge scenic platform, terrace and rooftop.
