Luxury projects in Sai Kung and Yau Yat Chuen up for tender
The developments are priced at $480m and $510m, respectively.
Two luxury residential property projects, comprising six houses at Silver Crest Villa at 9 Silver Crest Road in Sai Kung and a garden house at 5 Cassia Road in Yau Yat Chuen, have been put up for tender at $480m and $510m, respectively, according to an announcement by marketing agent JLL.
The Silver Crest Villa project reportedly stands with low-density bungalows and detached houses, including the Serenity Point, Serenity Peak and Villa Cove luxury projects developed by Chinachem Group. The six two-storey houses, which are built on the Silver Crest plot with a site area of over 32,000 sqft, offer a total saleable area of approximately 11,075 sqft.
According to Sebastian Leung, senior director of Capital Market at JLL, the successful buyer could redevelop the properties into a 10,000-sqft-plus mansion or several houses.
Meanwhile, the detached house on Cassia Road is adjacent to Yau Yat Chuen Garden City Club and is in walking distance from the shopping mall, Festival Walk. The property at Cassia Road, with a site area of 8,747 sqft, is a three-storey single building, which offers a saleable area of 12,683 sqft. The building reportedly has a private garden and swimming pool, and no shared common wall on two sides.
The tender closing date for the Silver Crest Villa at 9 Silver Crest Road in Sai Kung is set for 13 June, whilst for the single house at 5 Cassia Road in Kowloon, the tender closing date is on 31 May.
