According to CBRE, only 183 units got sold during the month.
Notable primary sales in June include House 3 at No. 3 Fei Ngo Shan Road for $153m or $43,404 per square foot.
Several secondary luxury properties also changed hands in June, including the 3,680 sq ft house at Bay Villas, Shouson Hill ($250m) and a 3,736 sq ft house at Severn 8, The Peak ($300m).
