Mid-levels East Outline Zoning Plan gets final approval

The plan covers 63.34 hectares and is available for public inspection.

The Chief Executive in Council has approved the draft Mid-levels East Outline Zoning Plan (OZP), which provides a statutory land use planning framework to guide the development and redevelopment of the Mid-levels East area.

The plan covers 63.34 hectares, bounded by Kennedy Road to the north, Stubbs Road to the east, Bowen Drive to the west, and a southern limit set by the 200 to 230 metre contour.

Key updates to the OZP include the rezoning of sites at 15 and 24 Stubbs Road, 7 Tung Shan Terrace, 18 Stubbs Road, and a strip of government land. Additional amendments provide updated information on land use zones and planning circumstances.

The approved Mid-levels East OZP No. S/H12/14 is available for public inspection at the Town Planning Board Secretariat, Planning Enquiry Counters, the Hong Kong District Planning Office, and the Wan Chai Home Affairs Enquiry Centre during office hours.
