Residential homes to be built at two sites
Hong Kong expects close to 550 homes will be built in new residential sites.
The sites will be disposed of by public tender and are included in the 2012-2013 Land Sale Programme, the Lands Department said.
The site in Tseung Kwan O Town, or Lot No. 117, has a site area of about 12,915 square metres and is designated for non-industrial, excluding godowns or dockside warehouses, hotel and petrol filling station purposes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 27,122 square metres and 45,203 square metres. No less than 23,247 square metres and no more than 38,745 square metres must be used for private residential purposes. The finished development must have 520 to 546 residential units.
Lot No. 674 in Demarcation District Peng Chau has a site area of about 1,780.3 square metres. The minimum gross floor area is 801 square metres and the maximum gross floor area is 1,335.2 square metres.
