Sha Tin site up for sale via public tender

The site covers approximately 5,652 sqm.

A site in Sha Tin Town Lot No. 625 is up for sale via public tender under the 2024-25 Land Sale Programme, the Lands Department (LandsD) announced.

The site covers approximately 5,652 sqm and is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding godowns, hotels, and petrol filling stations. The minimum gross floor area is set at 16,956 sqm, with a maximum of 28,260 sqm.

Land sale documents, including the form of tender, tender notice, conditions of sale, and sale plan, will be available for download from the LandsD website starting on 27 September.

The sale plan will also be available for public inspection on the same day until the tender closing on 25 October. Hard copies of the sale plan can be purchased at the Survey and Mapping Office of LandsD.

Further details about the tender will be gazetted on 27 September.
