Two home sites fetched $1.78b

In a report, the Lands Department announced tenders for two residential sites in Sha Tin and Tuen Mun have been awarded on 50-year land grants for a total of $1.78 billion. Sha Tin Town Lot No.563 was awarded to Everbeam Investments for $1.22 billion.

It has a site area of 5,950 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 7,497 sq m and 12,495 sq m.

Tuen Mun Town Lot No.435 was awarded to Green Lotus for $563.18 million.

It has a site area of 11,626 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 8,884 sq m and 14,806 sq m. It must house at least 175 flats.
