Weave to open Hung Hom co-living space in November
Rent starts at $8,100 per month.
Co-living firm Weave’s Hung Hom property Weave on Baker will open its doors by autumn this year, according to a press release.
First residents are expected to move in from 1 November onwards. Rent starts at $8,100 per month, with a minimum six-month leasing period, and will cover management feels, utilities and regular room cleaning services.
Standard en-suite bedrooms and trio bedrooms will be available at the property. Similar to Weave on Boundary, Weave on Baker will have women-only floors.
The property is a seven-minute walk from Hung Hom railway station and is reachable by ferry or bus.
Weave on Baker’s shared spaces include a gym, living room, kitchen, rooftop area, laundry area and personal mailboxes. Regular activities will also be organised.
Savannah College of Art and Design alumni Blessy Man and Henry Lau will also curate a mural titled “Lion Rock at Dawn”, located at the property’s living room, which was inspired by Hong Kong’s urban landscape and the iconic mountain Lion Rock.
Weave on Baker will host an open house evening on October 25 from 6-9PM. The property is offering $588/month off for the standard en-suite room and $388/month off for the trio rooms, with a six-month minimum booking valid until 31 January 2020.
