The Wings II sells off 94 units over the weekend
It's an impressive 65% of initial unit sales.
According to Maybank Kim Eng, The Wings II, located in Tseung Kwan O and developed by SHKP received good responses from the 2nd week of sales. Ninety-four units were sold over the weekend, which accounted for 65% of 144 primary unit sales ahead of Chief Executive’s Policy Address to be announced on January 16th.
All 4- bedroom units were sold, according to local press while the developer will launch 3-bedroom units with slightly higher (+3%) ASP of HKD10,836 psf of GFA.
Since launch previous week, a total of 144 units, or 18% of the project’s total 782 flats were sold with total proceeds of HKD1.8b. The Reach developed by Henderson Land (12)/New World Dev (17) JV recorded 36 transactions.

700 of the total 2,580 units were sold, translating into a sell-through ratio of 27%. The sales generated by The Wings II are better than market’s expectations, and should help in developers’ confidence in their respective launching pipelines.
Notable large scale projects in the first quarter included 1,720-unit City Point in Tsuen Wan (Cheung Kong (1)), 191 and 78 units The Graces Providence Bay and The Avery, respectively, developed by Sino Land (83), and 352-unit Yuen Long project, Residence 88 by SHKP.
