Seminar for SME to roll out
Free admission on 15 May.
According to a report, the Trade & Industry Department will hold a seminar on May 15 entitled Effective Leadership Coaching & Human Capital Management.
The seminar will explore how leadership coaching and human capital management can help enterprises build a highly effective team to cope with business development needs.
Speakers include President of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management Francis Mok and John Swire & Sons (HK) Ltd's Talent Manager (Leadership Development) Willie Cheng. They will share their experience in enhancing competitiveness and retaining talent through effective training and coaching.
The seminar will be held in Cantonese at 2.30pm at the Central Library. Admission is free.
