Delivery man convicted of money laundering

The laundered money was worth HK$13 billion.

A Bloomberg report said, “A 22-year-old Chinese man who had dropped out of school and worked as a delivery man was convicted of laundering HK$13 billion through a Hong Kong bank over eight months ending in 2010.”

According to the report, a jury of seven rejected Luo Juncheng’s defense that he had no knowledge of the funds flowing through accounts set up in his name.
