Hang Seng Bank suspends operations at Mongkok Prestige & Preferred Banking Centre
Other locations' services remain normal.
Hang Seng Bank has recently announced that services at its Mongkok Prestige & Preferred Banking Centre at are suspended until further notice.
According to a release from Hang Seng Bank, aside from that particular branch located 677 Nathan Road, services at other locations remain normal.
The bank has advised its customer to use the Bank’s e-Banking or phone banking hotlines (personal customers: 2822 0228 / commercial customers: 2198 8000) to meet their financial needs.
