Hong Kong's expenditure hits $377.3b

As surplus reached $64.8b.

According to a release, the Government recorded a $64.8 billion surplus for the year ending March 31, with fiscal reserves standing at $733.9 billion, the Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau said.

Government expenditure amounted to $377.3 billion and revenue was $442.1 billion.

The bureau said the provisional surplus of $64.8 billion is almost the same as the revised estimate of $64.9 billion.
