Application is until 3 May.
In a report, the Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Bureau is inviting applications for the Equal Opportunities (Sexual Orientation) Funding Scheme 2013-14. The deadline for applications is May 3.
The scheme provides funding support to worthwhile community projects that aim to promote equal opportunities for people of different sexual orientation or transgendered persons, or seek to provide support services for sexual minorities.
The funding scheme was launched in 1998 and has since been running on an annual basis.
Application forms are available at all Home Affairs Department Public Enquiry Service Centres or from the bureau’s website.
A briefing session will be held on April 10 in the Conference Room, 13/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, to brief interested parties on the scheme's scope and operation.
