4,500 vacancies to roll out at Tsuen Wan Town job fair

It'll run from September 26-27.

According to a report, the Labour Department will hold a job fair at Tsuen Wan Town Hall from 11am to 5.30pm on September 26 and 27.

Fifty-two organisations from retail, catering and property management industries will offer about 4,500 vacancies.

Over 84% of the vacancies are full-time jobs, including positions such as beauty consultant, instructor, customer service associate and salesperson.

Most vacancies offer monthly salaries ranging from $7,000 to $13,000. Over 97% of the vacancies require a Secondary Six education level or below. About 62% are open to job seekers lacking relevant experience.

Job seekers can submit applications on the spot and may be selected for on-site interviews. They can also register for employment services at the Labour Department's counter.
