
Six in 10 employees unlikely to seek advice for career goals
Younger people are more likely to seek professional advice.
Six in ten or 58% of Hong Kong employees are least likely to seek career advice for their goals, Randstad revealed.
According to its Workmonitor, amongst Singapore and Malaysia, Hong Kong employees are the least likely to see professional advice but it still above the global average of 46%.
The study also found that younger employees are more likely to seek specialist for advice to achieve their career goals at 65%. Only 52% of those 25-54 years old will do the same.
The same percentage of men and women, both 58%, said they will seek career advice from a specialist.
